Latest Podcasts

I recently upgraded the 2001 PT Cruiser going on 200,000 miles with a new 2010 Scion xB. With that comes the benefit of having a USB plug right in the center console that I can plug my iPhone into and have access to everything iPod related on the in-dash stereo. I have always wanted to get into listening to podcasts, and this has enabled me the convenience I needed for actually listening to a podcast, 15 min here/there during a drive to work or wherever – love it. It’s even so kind to remember where I left off and picks up there if I get interrupted. Awesome.

Here are a few I’ve listened to, and some new ones that have been passed my way that I’m giving a chance:

Any others I should consider?

Listening to some of these definitely gets me fired up to somehow be a part of a podcast in some shape or form, either on mic or behind the scenes.  That hasn’t really manifested itself yet, but I feel the ProTools/Radio Broadcast/Production strings inside of me resonating…maybe some outlet will make itself known.

Find this useful? Take just a moment and give a $1. Thanks!

I’d give a big recommendation to Dan Carlin’s hardcore history:

It’s like that one teacher you had in high school that REALLY loved the subject they taught, and that made you love it too!

You and me both man…I frequently feel like I should do a podcast, or help someone else do one better. Ever hear the production value on most of these? Horrible.
