Inside the Mind of Sators

I recently upgraded the 2001 PT Cruiser going on 200,000 miles with a new 2010 Scion xB. With that comes the benefit of having a USB plug right in the center console that I can plug my iPhone into and have access to everything iPod related on the in-dash stereo. I have always wanted to get into listening to podcasts, and this has enabled me the convenience I needed for actually listening to a podcast, 15 min here/there during a drive to work or wherever – love it. It’s even so kind to remember where I left off and picks up there if I get interrupted. Awesome.

Here are a few I’ve listened to, and some new ones that have been passed my way that I’m giving a chance:

• The Relevant Magazine
• This American Life
• Radiolab
• The Onion Radio News
• Stuff They Don’t Want You To Know

Any others I should consider?

Listening to some of these definitely gets me fired up to somehow be a part of a podcast in some shape or form, either on mic or behind the scenes.  That hasn’t really manifested itself yet, but I feel the ProTools/Radio Broadcast/Production strings inside of me resonating…maybe some outlet will make itself known.

Most of us have probably heard how there are enough chapters in the book of Proverbs to read one each day. Well here’s a little handy tool that makes committing to read a chapter of Proverbs a day easier – it’s called Proverb Mailer and it will email you a chapter of Proverbs each day.

Typically when you remove a file or files from plesk, in order to reclaim space it doesn’t always update and shows the space in use incorrectly.

Running the following via SSH will correct the issue;

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics –calculate-one –domain-name=Domain_name.com
